TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Mwangi and (2) Peter Macharia Ngacu, both of P.O. Box 14–20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Wahome Maimba, who died at North Kinangop County Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By (1) Nicolas Njoroge Njenga and (2) Leah Nyambura Njenga, both of P.O. Box 291–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Ngomi Kamau, who died at Kiandege, on 1st April, 2021. Box 1–20301, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Muchungo Kiiru, who died at Gitwe, on 1st February, 1991. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Maina Munga, (2) John Njoroge Munga and (3) Ann Njeri Kamau, all of P.O. Box 266, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangechi Munga, who died at Haraka Sub-location, on 30th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
