TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 18th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025 By Dionisio Mugo Kamau, of P.O. Box 25, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Mwitaiti, who died at Gichera Sub-location, on 3rd April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2025 By Peterson Kinyua Mbaka, of P.O. Box 51–60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Shadrack, who died at Njeruri Sub- location, on 1st July, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
