Box 81–60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Koome Machengi, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2024 By Peter Thuranira Michira, of P.O. Box 3119–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses M’Namichira Kimbui alias Moses Mamichira Kimbui alias Moses Namichira, who died at Woodlands Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2009.
