TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Nicholas Mule Lumbi, of P.O. Box 1–90127, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lumbi Kilola Katiku, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 30th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By Paul Mutua Muinde, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Muinde Mukunza, who died at Iiani Sub-location, on 10th June, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
