TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By (1) Naserian Kumpetai, (2) Enock Philip Kasaine Mwatee and (3) Edwin Metipari Mwatee, all of P.O. Box 17, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hellen Mwatee alias Hellen ene Kawole, who died at Moi Voi Hospital in Kenya, on 31st May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2025 By Peter Nyoro Mbugua, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pricilla Wambui Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
