E54 OF 2024 By Roidah Mideva Azere, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Kanyangi Ndoli alias Daudi Kanyangi Ndooli, who died at Vunandi Sub-location, on 16th July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2025 By Gilbert Mahonga Lubia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorika Kadala Lubia, who died at Muhanda Sub-location, on 13th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
