TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2025 By (1) Benard Wanjala Wanyonyi and (2) Moses Wafula Siboko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Wanyonyi Siboko, who died at Webuye County Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2025 By Magadaline Nakhumicha Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Wamalwa Kimingichi alias Cleophas Wamalwa, who died on 16th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
