TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025 By Beatrice Adhiambo Owade, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Samo Amollo alias Samo Amolo, who died on 29th June, 1988. CAUSE NO. E241 OF 2025 By Samuel Odongo Konda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tito Omonge Konda, who died on 10th December, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
