TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 OF 2024 By Erastus Seda Adundo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Adundo Awiti alias Adsundo Awiti, who died on 1st January, 1997. CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2025 By Sylvester Odhiambo Ogodo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joanes Pude Moth, who died on 11th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
