TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025 By (1) Geodrey G. M. Ronoh and (2) Edna Chepkorir Mutai, both of P.O. Box 31, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Morogo arap Sigilai, who died at Cheptalal, on 27th October, 1988. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Chemutai Cheruiyot, (2) Susan Cherono Cheruiyot, (3) Selly Chepkurui Cheruiyot and (4) Rosaline Chepkemoi Kosgei, all of P.O. Box 25, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taplule W/O Nyamweibi, who died at Kipwastuiyo, on 1st August, 1974. Box 174, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eric Kipyegon alias Eric Kipyegon Mutai, who died in New Delhi, India, on 13th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2025 By Charles Kipkorir Langat, of P.O. Box 221, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kiplangat Leitich, who died at Chebole, on 1st October, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
