TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By (1) Timothy Kamau Njoroge and (2) John Mbugua Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 548–00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zeporah Wanjiru Njoroge, who died at Kiaibabu, Githunguri, on 19th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Joyce Kanyi Kinuthia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njau Gathumbi, who died at Githunguri, on 12th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2025 By (1) Paul Waiganjo Wainaina and (2) Margaret Gathoni Mwaura, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Njoroge Kamau alias Njoroge Kamau, who died at Kibichoi, Githunguri, on 2nd February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2025 By John Kinyanjui Kamau, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kinyanjui alias Kamau Kaberere, who died at Kiambu, on 15th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2025 By (1) Mungai Karanja, (2) Margaret Wanjiru Karanja and (3) Hannah Wangari Karanja, all of P.O. Box 69, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sisters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wangui Karanja, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 4th March, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
