Box 12, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wanjiru Njangombe, who died at Kaitheri, on 25th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025 By Rose Njoki Gichuki, of P.O. Box 296, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gichuki Kibuta, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 30th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2025 By (1) Margaret Gaturi Nyaga, (2) Joseph Jeremiah Njoka Njagi and (3) Irene Wanjiku Njage, all of P.O. Box 563–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Njagi Nyaga, who died at Kiaumbui, on 12th October, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
