TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By (1) Stephen Maina Karugu and (2) Peter Njau Karugu, both of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Karugu Njuru, who died at Mwaki Mugi Sub-location, on 30th April, 2024. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Moses Gitonga Wambugu, of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wamuyu Wambugu, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 12th February, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
