CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025 By Edwin Waguru Kimondo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Precila Nyawira Mwangi, who died at Charity Medical Hospital in Kenya, on 12th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2024 By Teresia Njeri Karanja, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Karanja Ndirangu, who died on 12th February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By Daniel Mwaniki Kabutu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Muthoni Maina, who died on 4th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2025 By (1) James Ndegwa Kiama and (2) David Kariuki Mungai, the deceased’s son and buyer, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Kiama Irungu alias Geofrey Kiama Irungu, who died at Leleshwa Village, on 9th October, 1997.
