E138 OF 2024 By Joseph Kilonzo Kitonga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Kitonga Mwilu, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2011. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Munyao Ndaka and (2) Veronicah Wamwene Ndaka, both of P.O. Box 151, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maweu Muia, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025 By (1) Agnes Mwikali Mwaka and (2) Benjamin Musyoka Nyasyo, both of P.O. Box 460–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Katonyi Nyasyo alias Shadrack Nyasyo, who died at Ruiru, on 18th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
