TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By Agnes Mwende Mavi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuvi Ngao alias Nyambura Mbuvi Ngao, who died at Kilome in 1992. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Samuel Kaluli Lusa, of P.O. Box 373–90130, Nunguni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lusa Nzili Ndolo, who died at Nairobi, on 28th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
