TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E694 OF 2024 By Peter Onyango Omuna, of P.O. Box 15, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helekia Atieno alias Elekia Atieno Oburo, who died at Sino Kagola Sub-location, on 1st March, 1996. CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2025 By Joyce Anyango Chweya, of P.O. Box 115, Kadongo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dete Dunga alias Dete Dung’a, who died at Kotieno Konuonga Sub- location, on 7th June, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
