E43 OF 2025 By Jackson Ongonga Ombewa, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Onyango Ombewa, who died at Membe Sub-location, on 4th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025 By Evance Odhiambo Odindo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aoko Ombewa, who died at Membe Sub-location, on 2nd September, 1978. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By Isdora Odinga Golo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Golo Okoth, who died at South Ramba, Rarieda, on 16th April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By (1) Osinter Atieno Odero and (2) Josinter Achieng, both of P.O. Box 37, Nyilima in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisalom Simi Opiyo, who died at Mahaya, on 23rd January, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
