TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2025
By (1) Prisca Jepkoech Mutai and (2) Joseph Kipyego Ruto, the deceased’s widow and uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Kiprotich Mutai Kimuge alias Jacob Kiprotich Mutai alias Kiprotich arap Mutai, who died at Kapkagaron
Sub-location, on 27th May, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
