TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By (1) Ngondo Mwangala Mapema and (2) Tabu Mwangala Mwapema, both of P.O. Box 99110–80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangala Mwapema Mwangala, who died at Mgumo wa Patsa, Kilifi, on 10th February, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
