TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E112 OF 2024 By Paul Mbivii Wambua, of P.O. Box 52–01015, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyiva Wambua, who died at Thungururu Sub-location, on 10th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2025 By (1) John Mutuku Katali and (2) Patrick Ndambuki Katali, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Katali Ndolo, who died at Ngelelya Sub-location, on 9th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Ngigi Nyaikamba and (2) Mary Wangari Karanja, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nyaikamba Rugano, who died at Gathungururu, on 4th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2025 By Michael Gakinya Kamore, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamore Njuguna alias Kamore Njuguna Kamore, who died on 8th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
