APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (a) of the Water Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— MARY WAMBUI MUNGAI to be the non-executive Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Athi Water Works Development Agency as established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th August, 2025.
