IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— 8th August, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE MUNG’ATHIA NICHOLAS to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Athi Water Works Development Agency as established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th August, 2025.
