APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation re-appoints— Sammy Letema (Dr.), David Kipchirchir Kimetto, to be members of the Board of Directors of the North Rift Valley Water Works Development Agency as established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 26th April, 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th August, 2025.
