THE CONSTITUTION
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 44 (1) (2) and
(3) of the County Government Act, 2012 and upon approval by the 3rd
County Assembly of Busia in its 38th Sitting of the 4th Session held
on Friday 30th May, 2025. I, Paul Nyongesa Otuoma (Dr.), the
Governor of Busia County appoint—
JOHN OSCAR JUMA
to be the County Secretary, Head of the County Public Service and
Secretary to the County Executive Committee of the County of Busia,
with effect from 15th July, 2025.
