REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Amina Ramadhani Masud, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Mombasa/Mkomani/56, containing 0.012 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and 8th August, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE whereas in the Kadhis Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 22 of 2019 has vested the above parcel of land to Amina Ramadhani Masud, has made an application for issuance of certitifcate of title and and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
