WHEREAS Mwinyi Hamisi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 15/3/I/MN, containing 6.12 acres or thereabout, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 1839, and whereas in the Kadhis Court at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. E182 of 2021 has directed that a fresh title be issued, and and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period.
