WHEREAS Salim Omar Abdulla Daghar, of P.O. Box 84669– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership of all that parcel of land known as Portion No. 2309-Malindi, containing 0.0330 hectares or thereabout, situate in Malindi in Kilifi District, registered as L.T. 36 Folio 194/2 File 4637, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, I shall issue a provisional certificate of Indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period under section 33(3) of the Act.
