REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Njoroge, (2) Peter Mwangi, (3) Charles Waweru Njoroge, (4) Naomi Wangui Wanjiru and (5) Teresia Njoki, both of P.O. Box 28959–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership interests of all that piece of land containing 0.2046 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 117/381, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
