REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Charles Araka Moghere and (2) Beatrice Moraa Makori, both of P.O. Box 387, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0421 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 106/811, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
