REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Ngima Kimaru (ID/23942210), of P.O. Box 8092–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Ruiru, known as Ruiru/ Kiu Block 6/1382, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
