WHEREAS Humphrey Macharia Mwangi (ID/8482834), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.06 hectare or thereabouts, known as Laikipia Nanyuki Marura Block III/10797, situate in the county of Laikipia, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
