REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Henry Marcus Onyango (ID/9398741) and (2) Grace Akinyi Nyang’aya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as Machakos Town Block 2/7923, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
