REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Gachanja Githuku (ID/22026181), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, each, known as Donyosabuk/Komarock Block 1/28970 and 28971, respectively, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
