WHEREAS (1) Cyndia Jerotich Kipchumba (ID/22358941) and (2) Samuel Kipchumba (ID/24221635), are registered as proprietors of all that property known as Kajiado/Kipeto/28331, situate in the Kajiado County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
