THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Prisila Nuna Njunge (ID/25559529) and (2) Serah Wagira Wanjiku (ID/24013138), both of P.O. Box 50–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as Nachu/Ndacha/4904, situate in the Kiambu County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
