WHEREAS Francis Kimani Chomba (ID/4273891), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ndaragwa Uruku Block 1/181, situate in the Nyandarua County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
