THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndeje Chigutu, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that parcel of land containing 12.42 acres or thereabout, known as Kilifi/Roka/430, situate in the Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
