WHEREAS (1) Rozina Rose Wawuda Mngola (ID/21702257), (2) Catherine Julie Kasina (PP/A1564163) and (3) Caroline Kasina (ID/19956430), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kajiado County, registered under title No. Kajiado/Ntashart/262, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a replacement green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
