GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11070

WHEREAS Rose Wangui Gachingiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.608 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Nyeri, known as Mweiga/Block 4/Mwireri/484, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. E143 of 2020 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Anthony Maina Gachingiri, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Anthony Maina Gichingiri, (2) Samuel Mwaniki Gachingiri, (3) Doughlas Muriithi Gachingiri and (4) Irene Wangeci Ngethe, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Rose Wangui Gachingiri (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Anthony Maina Gachingiri, as the administrator and the beneficiciaries are (1) Anthony Maina Gichingiri, (2) Samuel Mwaniki Gachingiri, (3) Doughlas Muriithi Gachingiri and (4) Irene Wangeci Ngethe, and issue land title deed to the said Kinyungu Mulwa, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Rose Wangui Gachingiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
