REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Ngugi Gatundu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.48 hectares or thereabout, situate in district of Kiambu, known as Gatamaiyu/Kagwe/38, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. 268 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Penina Wairimu George, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said George Ngugi Gatundu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to the said Penina Wairimu George, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said George Ngugi Gatundu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
