REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Gakura Waihenya (ID/3566997), being personal representative of Laban Waihenya Biriri alias Waihenya Biriri (deceased) as per the succession case No. E317 of 2023 in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara, who is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.47 hectares or thereabout, situate in district of Murang’a, registered under Loc.4/Nguthuru/184, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deeds and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Laban Waihenya Biriri alias Waihenya Biriri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
