REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Prisca Wanjiru Maina (ID/1185670), being personal representative of John Maina Karuki (deceased) as per the succession case No. E80 of 2021 in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kangema, who is the registered proprietor of all the absolute piece of land title containing 0.45 hectare or thereabouts, situate in district of Murang’a, registered under Loc.19/Gacharageini/4532, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deeds and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said John Maina Karuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
