REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jessee Gathungu Kimaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.674 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Magutu/Gatei/1683 and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 197 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Agnes Wairimu Thoithi as the administrator and beneficiary, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Jessee Gathungu Kimaru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed to Agnes Wairimu Thoithi as the administrator and beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jessee Gathungu Kimaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
