REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Andrew Otieno Liwale alias Andrea Othieno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, situate in the county of Busia, known as Marach/Bumala/310, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Busia in Succession Cause No. E85 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Pamela Kusumo Otieno, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Andrew Otieno Liwale alias Andrea Othieno (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Andrew Otieno Liwale alias Andrea Othieno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
