REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Wanzala (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those parcel of land, situate in the county of Busia, known as Bunyala/Bulemia/3141, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Busia in Succession Cause No. 2 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Angelica Obinya Afande, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Wanzala (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 , and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Wanzala (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
