REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Agweri Onalo alias Peter Leo Agweli Onalo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those parcel of lands, situate in the county of Busia, known as South Teso/Angoromo/1917 and 1918, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Busia in Succession Cause No. 634 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Vuyanzi Onalo and (2) Paul Onalo Theodore, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Agweri Onalo alias Peter Leo Agweli Onalo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 , and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Agweri Onalo alias Peter Leo Agweli Onalo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
