THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Igesa Manyala (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the sub-county of Hamisi, known as Tiriki/Gisambai/725, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Hamisi in Succession Cause No. E49 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Ludya Mmbone Isuna, and whereas the said Ludya Mmbone Isuna has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Ludya Mmbone Isuna, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Igesa Manyala (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
