THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wairimu Kariithi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, known as Kapsaret/Kapsaret Block 1 (Yamumbi)/806, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E30 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Peter Kabiru Kariithi, (2) Hellen Muthoni Kariithi and (3) Simon Karimi Kariithi, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Wairimu Kariithi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Wairimu Kariithi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
