REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Chege Kimani alias Joseph Chege (deceased), of P.O. Box 18, Elburgon in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Elgeyo/Marakwet, known as Cherangany/Kapcherop/474, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Molo in Succession Cause No. 18 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mary Monjiro Chege, of P.O. Box 18, Elburgon in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Chege Kimani alias Joseph Chege (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Chege Kimani alias Joseph Chege (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
